[Owncloud] Cleanly uninstall ownCloud?

Sounds like ownCloud 4 will be released very soon (in next week or
two???), so I will wait till then until the reinstall. When it is
released, should I pull it from Git (i.e. is there a "stable"
repository) or just download it from ownCloud.org?
