[Owncloud] Owncloud SSO integration

Hi,

I have implemented basic BrowserID support [1] as described at the Junior
Jobs page [2].
The app reuses the password recovery email address.

Any review will be greatly appreciated.
Advice on the button placement and behavior is the most valuable.
