[Owncloud] Gallery app in need of help

You may have noticed that there have been some regressions in terms of 
features in the gallery app recently. This is because it no longer has an 
active maintainer since Bartek is busy working on the fantastic Android 
client.

We're looking for someone or multiple people to step up and work on the 
gallery app. Please respond if you're interested or stop by the #owncloud-dev 
channel on freenode.
