[Owncloud] Feature idea/request

Hi,

this probably will be the GSoC project by Priyanka Menghani.
Then ownCloud could be used as a pure sync server. In addition, if the 
user provides the key (symetric encryption!), we could make use of 
bookmarks, open tabs etc.
