[Owncloud] Photo album

Hi,

I've juste commited a photo album application.

What's there ? :

You can create any photo album as you want and add any photos from any
location  to it.
You can create private but also public albums and share the links.
When you had a photo to a album it create automaticaly a smaller version of
the photo and a thumbnail.
