In case someone else is having the same issue, deleting the old sqlite
db and starting over solved the issue (had to remove the
config/config.php too).

I would still like to know if there is some way to fix the issue in
existing db, as I had some un-synced data in owncloud, that I would
prefer not to enter again, if possible.
