[Owncloud] troubles with 4.5.4 and "personal info" (personal.php)

Hey Pierre, sorry for the non-reply and especially for the data loss. That
shouldn’t happen, and you also shouldn’t need to disable all plugins before
an update.

That said, for any errors it’s best to report them directly in our issue
tracker at http://github.com/owncloud/core where we mainly work in. That
will ensure that the relevant developers will see it and if there’s a bug
(which it seems) it gets fixed in ownCloud for everyone, and it’s not just
a mailing list thread where one person gets help.
