[Owncloud] Owncloud on Ubuntu Cloud update

Hi everyone,

I noticed the information on the owncloud page for Ubuntu is out of
date: http://owncloud.org/support/appliance/

The owncloud charm for juju's location is here, this URL won't change
in the future: http://jujucharms.com/charms/precise/owncloud

It's also been updated by Nathan Willis to Owncloud 4.0.7. If you're
doing any slick owncloud deployment tricks and would like to improve
the owncloud experience we'd welcome any contributions to this charm!
