[Owncloud] owncloud upgrade issue from 4.0.5 to 4.0.6 (or 4.0.7)

When you say "can't access" can you elaborate? Are you getting a 404
not found or something else? The only thing I can think of is to make
sure all the permissions in the Owncloud directory are writable by
Apache.
