[Owncloud] File upload

Hello Tom,

I am just an ordinary user (and new to oC).
This is exactly what I need for my customers: 
> the feature to allow file upload to a user space by somebody else


I can imagine, that - if implemented in a proper way - could be a „killer feature” on the market.
