[Owncloud] new translation?

Hi,

I followed the link from http://owncloud.org/dev/translation/ to
https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/owncloud/, and requested addition
of a new language Macedonian to ownCloud.

Is this the procedure and I just need to wait for someone to approve
it or I'm doing something wrong and need to open a bug with the
translated .po files against the source for the new translation?
