[Owncloud] Tasks moved to Gitorious

Due to frequent vandalism on the Titanpad, the tasks are moved to the
Gitorious wiki at http://gitorious.org/owncloud/pages/Home
(As well as the 2 other pads, /Video and /Meeting)

This is also nice since it’s the same platform the code is on. Everyone
inside the group ownCloud and ownCloud-contributors should be able to edit
it. But please keep in mind that this is not a suggestion board but a
definite planning board. Discussion of suggestions takes place here – if
you fixed/implemented something, feel free to remove it from the wiki
page.

If you find any deprecated links to the Titanpad, change them or let us
know on the mailing list.
