[Owncloud] option to turn off media scanning?

Is there a possibility of implementing an option to control which
folders are scanned for media types?

Similar to Android's method of creating an empty file named ".nomedia"
that causes android to skip scanning that folder. This would be useful
in the sense that different types of media can be isolated. For
instance, the gallery would show my personal pictures instead of
including pictures from my expense reports.

Thanks for the hard work on this project... it's really starting to shine!
