[Owncloud] configuration problem

Hi everyone,

I installed owncloud as the version 1.1 Ubuntu package under Ubuntu 11.04.  When I go to http://localhost/owncloud/ Google Chrome downloads a file called "download" and nothing else happens.  The file starts like this:

/**
* ownCloud
*
etc...

Firefox does the same thing.  I installed version 1.2 and the same thing happens.  The solution is probably simple but I can't figure out what the problem is.  Thanks for the help,
