[Owncloud] [gsoc] syncing tool

Hi,
my name is Bartek and I study at Wroclaw University of Technology. I'm
interested in writing Qt/KDE tool for syncing ownCloud with user
desktop & Android devices (I read that there is approach to introduce
ownCloud to Android so this also could be a part of project). However
i would like to discuss few ideas for this with potential mentor,
should i write to some specific person or write all my ideas here ?
