Interesting... I have an issue or two, but none of the ones you list. 
I'm using Dolphin with KDE 4.6.5 and OwnCloud 2, updated from master 
about a week ago. My only issue is that many file types, don't appear to 
have their type recognized (.odf,.odt,.mp3,.wav etc). I already filed a 
bug on Kio / Webdav, over at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=277814
