The checksums/downloads should always be on a different host. Otherwise it 
makes no sense.

But I also think, this is an important thing. I had it once in the past that 
the checksums were different on every download. And one day later I read, that 
somebody break into the download server and integraded a backdoor. And I was 
very happy that I've compared the checksums.
