[Owncloud] Introductioh, Owncloud Q&A on Shapado

Hey Fabian, good to have you here!
I mentioned this to Robin in IRC already: The main advantages I see with
Shapado is that it is easily accessible, even without an account. The
voting system is very good to assess the importance of questions or
requests. Shapado can actually be used as a combined helpdesk and bug
tracker, much easier to use for everyone than Bugzilla.
So thanks for helping out with that! It’s good to use and support other
free web projects.
