Want to collaborate on debugging... No plugin for mimetype 'application/pdf'?

Hi,

Thanks for maintaining okular.

I like its ability to define table rows and
columns, and copy cells to a spread sheet.

Feel free to let me know if you'd like to
collaborate on fixing a bug.

I can easily elicit it by doing 

    $ okular a.pdf

on a Debian Linux computer:

It runs briefly and then complains in a little pop
up window 

> Could not open file:///tmp/a.pdf. 
> Can not find a plugin which is able to handle the document being passed

and complains in the terminal console

> org.kde.okular.core: No plugin for mimetype '"application/pdf"'.

It's version 4:26.08.0-1 of okular.
