It is actually stranger than that:

1. Installed Okular latest dev:
okular-master-7939-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64.exe

The Customn colours seemd lost. The GUI displays #FFFFFF. I entered only a few
back and all were erased again after restarting Okular.

2. Installed old dev:
okular-master-5824-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64.exe

All Custom colours are still available - not only those few added during step
1.
