GUI showing some Custom colurs added manually back

After installing the new versions of Okular, the Custom colours were erased.

Some were added back manually. These persisted during one session, even after
opening a new document (non-Tab option).

However, when restarting Okular, the Custom colours got erased again (not
shown).
