Can confirm bug happens in Okular 26.08.0. Opening this specific PDF turns the
page black after it finishes rendering. I opened it just fine in Firefox and
Gimp - though it takes a while, it opens and I'm able to zoom in and out. 
Zooming in Okular renders the page completely blank.
