public institutions using Okular?

Hello Okular devs,

I am compiling a list of public institutions that use KDE Plasma and KDE
applications as part of KDE's digital sovereignty strategy. To support
this effort, I have a few questions for the Okular team:

1. Do you know of any public institutions that use Okular or other KDE
software? (Not just in Europe!) If so, do you have any contacts there
who might be willing to talk to us?

2. Have you ever received a compliance request from a public authority
related to Okular or other KDE software? (GDPR compliance and the like.)
If permitted, could you provide contact info?

3. Do you have any other leads which might be helpful? Even just knowing
the name of an institution that might use KDE software would be a good
starting point.

The aim is to collect data about the use of KDE software in public
institutions and to eventually have contacts there. If you know of other
organizations beyond public institutions using KDE, don't hesitate to
add them as well. This information will be helpful in promoting adoption
of KDE software in other public institutions etc. looking to migrate to
Free Software.

Want to get involved with KDE's digital sovereignty strategy? Please
join the Matrix room, we'd love to have you:

Thanks in advance for your help!

Cheers,
Joseph
