OpenDocument source of the example PDF

For the sake of completeness, here's the OpenDocument source of the example
PDF. If I print it using LibreOffice 26.2.6.3, I see the exact same result as
if I print the PDF output using Okular.

Additionally, if I print the PDF file using a browser (tested with both Helium
and Firefox), the exact same thing happens.

May this even be a CUPS/IP Everywhere issue?!
