Due to the bug I usually print landscape-oriented documents in LibreOffice
(before exporting to PDF) which works as expected. I thus cannot confirm the
observation that this behavior is persistent beyond Okular.
Printing landscape document with Okular: printed in portrait mode and thus the
buggy behavior as reported.
Printing the same document with LibreOffice (before exporting to PDF): printed
in landscape mode and thus just as expected.
