This should be fixed with builds using KDE Frameworks 6.31 or later (still
unreleased).

With fixed i mean "it will not happen again", if you are in that scenario you
need to remove the okular/part.rc  and okular/shell.rc customization files that
happen when you edit the toolbar/menu.
