--- Comment #63 from vexalion <debuxan at gmail.com> ---
I can reproduce this bug reliably:
Environment:
 OS: Windows 10 22H2, Windows 11 26H2, Debian testing (Linux)
 Okular version: 26.08

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Reset toolbar settings to defaults (mouse right click on toolbar ->
Configure Toolbars... -> Defaults)
 2. Restart Okular
 3. Open «Configure Toolbars...» again
 4. Add any action to exactly «Main Toolbar <okular_shell>», for example the
«Close» action
 5. Click «Apply» or «OK»
 6. The main menu becomes corrupted and several top-level menu entries are
displayed as «No text»

Interestingly, if I reset the toolbar to defaults and then add an action again
without restarting Okular, the menu remains correct.

This makes the bug consistently reproducible for me rather than occurring only
intermittently. I can reproduce it using the steps above on all three operating
systems.
