Installed KDE and QT Modules

SUMMARY
    The up-down arrow keys usually scroll about 1 or 2 lines of text in a PDF
file. But, frequently the scrolling goes crazy scrolling large amounts of text.
I am forced to use the mouse as it operates consistently.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Don't know why it happens so I can't provide a "Steps to Reproduce"

OBSERVED RESULT
Crazy scrolling large amounts of text (i.e., scrolling large amounts of text
rather than just a few lines).

EXPECTED RESULT
Consistently, scrolling the same number of lines of text both up and down.
