I don't make things up either.  I have uploaded some files.  Why doesn't the
Contents tab always appear.  If the file doesn't have any headings I will know
that and if it does have headings I will also know that.  There has been a
recent release of Libreoffice and I don't discount the problem is with
Libreoffice. For now with the Contents tab is not always working so it's hard
to decide where the problem lies.

I still haven't updated Kubuntu and when that happens I will clean out .config/
as they recommend. Put this on hold and I will recheck when I have the updates
