The pdf file on which okular does not work.

SUMMARY
I am not able to view certain pdf files in okular nor evince (gnome document
viewer), but I can open it in web browsers (brave, firefox) and Android.
Here is one pdf file which does not work:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the provided pdf using okular after downloading it from the url.

OBSERVED RESULT
Blank pages and a popup saying "Some errors were found and can not show the
content properly"

EXPECTED RESULT
It is a valid pdf file as I can open it in browsers and android, so should have
worked file
