Oh, I see! No, actually I didn't have the quick annotations button in my 
toolbar, but I just added it. Maybe it's because I didn't do a fresh 
installation of Plasma 5.20, and old config files prevent that from happning.
No 
clue here.

Okay, thanks for the clarification. I will have a look more carefully at all 
the options and shortcuts.
