GSoC Proposal: Implementing the FreeText annotation (Draft)

@Tobias: Thank you so much for pointing out the minute details. I have
changed the project title and the details accordingly. I am refining it
more before the final submission. It is now clearer to me than before and I
understood the confusing part.

@Oliver: This creates a great project and accordingly a great proposal for
GSoC as now it is more specific to what to do done and how to be done. The
only hassle it created is that this was pointed out so late. And talking to
the mentors regarding the project didn't make me realize the missing part.
