D10974: Add option to ignore print margins

  @arthurpeters: Thanks for your ideas on this. For now, I'd like to stick with the two options that have been discussed so far in this change (see reasoning in D10974#217969 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D10974#217969>) and  suggest to handle potential further improvements separately.
