Yes, and as you said it is the version that you have installed.

You should ask this in some ubuntu related mailing list, we do not provide 
packages for ubuntu.

If ubuntu 16.04 has support for flatpak you can try using the experimental 
flatpak packages https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Flatpak
