Fir myself I do not need it to present to a audience but to have the whole
display for reading.
Now my screen happens to be 16:9 but most books/documents I have to read are
designed for print on Letter (85:110) or A4  (210:297) format. So it makes a
lot of sense to have a mode "similar to presentation" to view facing pages
utlizing the whole screen.
