Sir, this problem is with the browse tool (open hand cursor) also. As the PageView::mouseMoveEvent does not run on scrollbars, automatic change of cursor on the scrollbar doesn't take place. Therefore I have found a nice workaround, it will work if user doesn't move its mouse to scrollbars very quickly.
