Doesn't work.

What i do:
Have okular be not maximized
Open file
Press Ctrl+3
Put the cursor over a page (get crosshair)
Move cursor out of the window by going down (and still in the page until going into the bottom edge)
Now move the cursor in by the right edge (where the scrollbar is)
You get the crosshair when should get just the regular pointing hand
