Cannot fill out forms on this file

Cannot fill out forms on this file. I think the text is hidden or clear,
because the text is viewable in Evince when I highlight the form field.
Otherwise, Okular doesn't seem to show the text after the form fields or
hidden, or export it in any way that is visual.
