Appendix to previous report: this output showed up in the terminal from which
Okular was launched:
okular(961)/kdeui (kdelibs) KXMLGUIClient::~KXMLGUIClient: 0x90fa498 deleted
without having been removed from the factory first. This will leak standalone
popupmenus and could lead to crashes.
KCrash: Application 'okular' crashing...
