okular (0.14.3) on KDE Platform 4.8.5 (4.8.5) using Qt 4.8.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Closed Okular. A PDF file was open at that time. Also, the same file was open
in another instance of Okular, which was not affected. The same file was
overwritten while both Okular instances were running (it's a TeX compilation
result) and the view was updated successfully.
