Using KDE Development Platform 4.10.3

I meant no disrespect in any fashion, with my previous comment; I realize
programmers take pride in their work and rightfully so, henceforth, as an avid
user of this program I humbly offer a suggestion for consideration.

In Settings -> Configure Okular -> offer a separate section were the user could
edit the features of the review options.  So instead of calling "Cyan Ellipse
Tool",  just "Ellipse Tool" but leave the default color Cyan until the setting
is changed by the user in the Configure Okular section.
