Try to find the file tools.xml distributed with okular.  For example here:
/usr/share/kde4/apps/okular/tools.xml.  But that is distribution dependent. 
Make a backup and edit the original file.  There must be something in there
suggesting an eclipse.  You can select color values with tools like gcolor2.
