I've noticed that when I trying to print a color document in grayscale,
although marked the option to print in grayscale, the printing is in color.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a color document with Okular.
2. Go to File/Print/Print options/Options, and mark 'Grayscale' in Color Mode
section.
3. Click on Print.
Actual Results:  
Okular always prints in color.

Expected Results:  
With the grayscale option marked, Okular should print in grayscale, not in
color.
