I am attempting to print multiple copies of a single page of a document, but
only one copy is printed.
I have tried both "current page" option and via page range.
I am using KDE 4.10.5 & Qt 4.8.4.  I only just recently attempted to print in
this fashion, so I can't report on any earlier versions of KDE.
