Description
-------

This patch extends the Okular::Document class to process RenditionActions. If the rendition action contains JavaScript, the script code is executed. Otherwise, if it doesn't contain JavaScript code, the processRenditionAction() signal is emitted, so that the PageView and PresentationView can handle the action and play/stop/pause/resume the associated movie.
