[Okular-devel] Okular feature plan for KDE SC 4.9

Hi,
I updated the Okular Feature Plan for KDE SC 4.9. I tried to add all the
features added, with the bug number if available.

I put the list as contact simply because it's too late now :) , but we can
change this with the proper names.

Can you please take a look to see what is missing there (or out of place) so
that we can finalize the list?
