Tried again, and had the same experience. And I can add some information: 
Shift + F3 does not work (here) when the search entry have focus, while F3 
does. The clicking the "previous" button simply moved focus, clicking the 
document area or side bar or anywhere else outside the searhc entry is as 
good.
