I now use the left/right arrow keys if there is no horizontal scrollbar to change the current page.
This should be accessibility compliant and is much nicer than my previous patch. Thanks for the feedback.

If two pages can be displayed at the same time while using a Facing mode, move two pages when pressing "next page" or "previous page".
