As I already stated, the patch fixes *only* PDFs all other formats maybe still
encounter the problem. But they should be easily patchable too because we now
know whats wrong. 

If you can point me to a test set of documents (I expect that something like
this exists). I'm willing to print them and see if it works and update the
patch if something goes wrong.

I know that there is still a long way to go, but some one had to do the first
step.

I think auto-center/rotate/scale would be a nice feature to have, but I think
that it would be overkill for this bug. Just my two cent.
