For full usability of the print dialog, I suggest these options:
  - match page's short edge to paper's short edge
  - match page's short edge to paper's long edge (i.e. rotate 90')
  - force all pages to have bottom parallel to paper's short edge
  - force all pages to have bottom parallel to paper's long edge

IMO, "portrait" and "landscape" in the print dialog causes only confusion.
Those names are good when creating the document, but after it gets prepared for
printing (like in PDF) the orientation is already defined by page's content.
